Action Appliance showed up to fix my microwave without the basic tool required, even though I had told them specifically the tool that was required and they assured me they would bring it. Instead, the repairman showed up four hours late, looked at the oven and said, "I don't have that tool on the truck." They wanted to charge me $55 for the "service" call, and another $100 or so to come back the next day with the proper tool. I said not thanks, but they sent me a bill anyway. When I called to explain that they had not performed ANY service, they were completely unreasonable and insisted I owed them $55 because the repairman came out and "assessed" the problem. They then sent the bill to a collection agency. These people simply have no concept of how to run a business or build a reputation for quality.
