My wife and I have been customers of AccuTemp Inc. for more than a decade now. Having worked at all levels within the Service Industry as I have throughout my career, I can tell it's no simple feat to hold customer loyalty for any significant amount of time, let alone a decade or more.
Service has multiple parts, and in my opinion, the single most important of those parts is the people, in this case, the technicians in the field performing the work and interfacing with the customers.
While our overall experience with AccuTemp over the years has been "generally good", it is through the Service Excellence of one individual over the years that has maintained our loyalty.
Mike Connell is a Service Technician who has consistently demonstrated the qualities needed to ensure we, as a customer, have been happy.
-- He demonstrates excellence in the required technical skills: troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
-- He has been exemplary in his communication and courtesy toward us, as his customer. He frequently is providing safety tips and teaching proper operation of equipment.
-- His level of integrity has never been in question. It's always unsettling having strangers in your home, but over the years, Mike has shown us that we can trust him.
-- He has been the one we have asked to service our Home ever since he first visited us over 10-years ago.
I can not speak to the performance of the rest of the AccuTemp Team, but we are very pleased with Mike Connell. He has maintained our loyalty even after we were a little put-off by exposure to some other personnel -- *cough* sales *cough* -- who's personalities, on occasion, chaffed with my wife and I.
If nothing else, let this recommendation serve as "two-thumbs up" for Mike Connell's performance with their company.
