First they returned my glasses after a week with wrong prescription. They then sent my glasses back to lab to be returned ""asap"". That asap took another week.
My lenses came in and they couldn't fit them into the wire frame and the person that ""had the strength"" was on vacation and I was told they had to send them back to the lab and they assured me it would be additional two days. Again, told asap.
Two days later they got my lenses back, but they weren't in the frame which is why they were sent back in the first place. I am now told they will be back in one week. This will be a total of three weeks!! Hopefully, no longer.
The only positive thing about this experience is the staff have been friendly. Otherwise I'd be uncomfortable giving this rating even one star.
