My name is Justin Lloyd and I had spoken to Barbara (one of the owners) about repairing my accordion on Tuesday, May 24. She was very helpful and informed me that her husband handles all repairs and to call the store before I made the hour plus drive to drop off the instrument. When I called the next morning around 10:30, the phone was answered by a man who, after I introduced myself, began to berate me, calling me a "real pain in the neck" and scolding me because I was a disturbance while he was busy trying to speak with "real customers." He hung up before I was able to clarify my confusion about the messages he claimed I left since I called once to leave my original message, and once more to speak to Barbara. It is unfortunate that a store with such a good reputation would treat a new customer with such a poor, insulting and unprofessional attitude. All of the repair business and future purchases I was prepared to make will be taken else where.
