Ordered parts for my son's wheelchair in March, it's now November and I still don't have them. I call the office to ask about the status and they tell me they will check and call me back. They never do. Have been deailng with wheelchairs for 19 years now and this is the worst company ever. more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 7/28/2011

Terrible terrible terrible company, they are so slow with their service you are better off buying any medical equipment with you're own money rather than wait. any small medical need you request please expect 5 to 7 months to get to you're door step, and not to mention the terrible service the person does installing the equipment. PLEASE DO NOT deal with this company/preschool. EVER! p.s Call you're insurance company for other companies that deal with medical equipments. more
