You can will-call your order or we will deliver promptly and courteously. Set-up can be arranged or we will drop off the equipment at your direction, and pick-up is included in the delivery price.. Rental needs vary from job to job,but we can take care of it all. From convention drape to subfloors,canopies,stages,lighting,tables,chairs,sound systems,pool covers and more,Abbey has what you need. Our event coordinators will meet with you at your site for tent measures and overall party planning and draw up a computerized layout of your event. In addition to this,our coordinators will advise you every step of the way to ensure you have a great party from beginning to end. We really love what we do,and we enjoy helping you have the best event you can possibly have.Here are our main services:Party Planning • Many decisions can be made over the phone with one of our experienced staff. Using this website,you can choose your chairs,linen,china...just about everything you'll need,but a knowledgeable event coordinator can help with some of the trickier aspects of planning your party. On-Site consultations are free,however if you're planning on using a tent,it is required.On-Site Consultations • This service will help you determine how many people or size of tent will work for your venue. Bands,food service,tables and seating are all important options that determine the size of your tent or area needed for your event. A fire permit is required on any structure over 400 sq. ft. but we'll handle the processing so you don't have to!Party Pick-Up & Delivery • Your rental equipment needs will be confirmed and a delivery time scheduled a few days before your event. Equipment is dropped of at a dock,door or garage that is immediately accessible to our truck. On pick-up,equipment must be re-stacked and available to our drivers. Dishes should be rinsed and in their original containers.Rentals• Chairs,canopies,turf,lighting,tables,china,food service equipment,heaters,audio-visual equipment and more. Our inventory can meet your needs for your next event.Equipment Sales • We offer for sale any equipment we rent,either new or used for a competitive price. Give us a call today to hear about the equipment available now,and inquire about prices.Installations • Count on our Abbey Crew to set-up your tent quickly and safely. All precautions are taken when securing a tent,either by stakes,50 gallon drums or steel weighted plates considering the location. We'll deliver your heaters and light the pilots if your event starts within a couple of hours,otherwise a staff member will show you how to light them.
