Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors installed all new carpeting throughout my hose. They gave good personal attention and interest. I thought their willingness to please, which they did, was great! I've had them do flooring for me in another house before, so I was pretty sure of their quality. I also like that they're a local business, and I was satisfied with the work. more

Just as promised excellent 5/9/2014

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors replaced the carpet and put new counter tops in several rooms and their customer service is excellent. There was great communication and the workpeople who did the install were really competent and friendly. They were great in terms of keeping us up to date, in scheduling, and walking us through the process financially. We actually went with Abbey based on a neighbor's happy experience with them and they also had great reviews. more

Satisifed 4/30/2014

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors installed vinyl sheet planking and carpeting in my boat. I was very happy. The salesman kept me informed. I was particularly pleased with his performance. He called me to see how the work was coming along and how I liked the quality of product. Must have called me about a dozen times. more

I really felt that Lori from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors took a personal interest in what I was doing with my home. She was the kind of person who actually cared that what you purchased went with your home decor. She paid close attention to an installation issue we had with some curved areas. She made sure she subcontracted with people that were detail-oriented and knew how to give us the results that we wanted. She communicated the issue to them very well and they did an excellent job. I'm pleased with the carpet, the installation, and also the tile she recommended. She went the extra mile for us and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. more

Efficient & hard-working company looking to satisfy its customers 3/25/2014

Overall, my experience with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interior's was fantastic and I was really appreciative of how responsive they were in the initial process. There was an issue obtaining materials and Lori had to go up north to pick up the materials needed, but they accomodated and never complained. The pricing was very fair and the quality of materials was excellent, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them to anybody else in the area looking for carpet replacement and servicing, these people really know how to get the job done. more

Excellent installation! 3/11/2014

I've been using Abbey Capital Floors & Interiors for about a year. Terry, who I dealt with, was very helpful and made great suggestions. I bought tile from them, which I installed myself, and I also bought two separate vinyl floors. The installers did a excellent job, and everything turned out great! more

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors installed vinyl floors for me in my kitchen and laundry room. The product and service they provide is really good. I feel like the installation could have been better if the guy would have taken a little more time. The pattern is a tad off in a few places. Nobody would probably notice this but me but it is not perfect. Overall, I am satisfied. more

I'd go back and do business with them again 2/26/2014

I like the fact that Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors is locally owned. They helped me select new carpet and provided info for what to be cautious of and aware of in terms of the warranty and maintaining the integrity of the carpet fiber. They were very helpful and provided me with a price break on materials. They also recommended the right kind of cushion to install under the carpet. I'm very satisfied with the installation. They were very quick and professional. Everything went very smoothly. more

Small town service with big town selection! 2/24/2014

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors was very responsive to our needs. It was our first time using them, and they did a great job taking our measurements. Our place is in a remote area, and they were very flexible about coming to do the measurements. The installation of the carpet was done very, very well. The sales advice we got was very good as well. more

I love my countertops! 1/27/2014

I'm very happy with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. Carrie came out to measure my house. She helped me pick out the actual Formica for my countertops, then made the arrangements for Ben to come out, look at it all, and see what he could do for me. Ben did a wonderful job. more

Excellent prices. Helpful sales representatives. Hardworking installers. 1/6/2014

When we needed flooring done in our new house, we looked at 3-4 different companies before deciding to go with Abbey Capital Floors & Interiors. We found them to be the least expensive out of all of them. They were also the easiest to talk to and not wishy washy at all. They answered any questions that we had with straight forward answers. Most of dealings were with the sales representatives and Lori, in particular. She was great. We didn't exactly know what we wanted, but she was able to give us helpful suggestions on what kinds of flooring to go with. The installers were hard working and professional. They installed a mixture of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpeting throughout the house. They had good timeliness. It took about four days for the hardwood and another couple of days for everything else. When we had some issues with the layering, they were able to resolve them right away. Everything ended up looking great. We would highly recommend Abbey Capital Floors and Interiors. more

They were really helpful and made the process smooth. 12/4/2013

Lori from Abbey Capitol Floors was very helpful. They all made everything really easy. The only issue I have is that I can see some of the seams in my carpeting now. The carpet I had before was more plush, and I couldn't tell where the seams were. I'm kind of surprised that I can see them now in the new carpet in my master bedroom suite. It has nothing to do with Abbey Capitol's service, though. It has to do with the installation. more

Outstanding installation. Carpeting turned out great! 11/26/2013

We worked with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors when we needed to carpet a small den in our home. We already knew what we wanted, and we were able to find it in their selection. The installer, Brian, was outstanding. He arrived on time and acted very professionally. The installation took a few hours, and the carpeting turned out excellently. Based on our experience, we would certainly recommend them. more

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors took out the old carpet, put in a new lament floor, and we were open for business the whole time. There was minimal disruption. They did a great job, and everyone who comes in is amazed with the floor. Don't hesitate for a moment to use Abbey Capitol Floors. I definitely would recommend them, in a heartbeat. more

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors was great. Lori took the time address my needs. I made an appointment with her since it's the most productive way to go about things and she's busy herself. She let me take as much time as I needed to pick out my tiles with her. I never felt rushed or that it was inconvenient. She returned my phone calls and really showed superior customer service. Came out as well as it could have. 9/11/2013

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors put in some prefinished maple flooring in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and entryway of our house. They of course had to take out some existing vinyl and carpet first. Kerry, who was our salesperson, set things up very nicely. Ken and Gene of the installation crew really did a super job. They made it easy for us, and everything turned out very well. more

Installers were hard workers. 8/6/2013

Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors sent installers who did a great job. They worked really hard, diligently staying late to get it all done. We did have one issue with one of our toilets not being sealed up properly, so we have had to call a plumber for that. Abbey has said they are willing to compensate us for that, though. more
