Horrible Employees! Lazy and Rude! 7/19/2008

Visited this store today on Saturday July 19, 2008. The Aaron Brothers on Westwood Blvd in Westwood. The employee's were lazy, doing nothing, offering no help, conversing among themselves and couldn't even walk few steps to the counter and address customers to offer help. They should be fired. Even homeless people work harder then they were! Where is the owner of the store??? With so many complaints n their employee's - why are they not fixing this problem? Employees Hate you for wanting help 3/3/2008

This store needs some serious work on their staff. See e-mail sent to their customer service below:\r \r I write to you as today marks the fourth visit to your Westwood, CA location and the fourth consecutive time I have left your store feeling insulted and mistreated. Every time I have come to this store I am greeted not by friendly staff who are eager to help, but rather not at all by men lounging behind the counter waiting for me to leave as though I am a burden to their otherwise restful day. There is never a store clerk behind the register or working the floor so I find myself waiting at the custom frame center for even the simplest of questions, no customers in line before me, waiting on a staff who busy themselves with any other project possible, be it unloading boxes or checking and rechecking the computer. When it becomes clear that I am not going to leave, one of the three sales ?un-assistants? behind the desk lazily approaches and with an obvious ere of annoyance asks if he can help me. Overall, the attitude I?ve received from your staff has been insulting and unhelpful and its become clear that in this store the concept of customer service has long been abandoned. If customer ?happiness? is truly a priority to your company, you should fast be contacting this store and addressing their complete lack of care for consumer satisfaction. AWFUL EMPLOYEES! 3/3/2008

I did not even want to give a star to this store, (but the website made me) and although they have a nice selection of frames the employees there are absolutely horrendous-- it's as if they are happy when things are not quite what you wanted. They are not able to fulfill simple job tasks and I found that after shopping through the store on numerous occasions, the workers make the experience the most stressful and frustrating I've ever had. I will never go back to this store unless there is some serious clean-up of these employees. The owners must be aware that the people who work at this store are a serious deterrent to even going inside. The employees are the most careless, lazy and rude people I've ever come in contact with. This is the first angry review, let alone the first review I've ever written and I mean every word. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! YOUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE CRUDELY HANDLED AND YOUR STRESS LEVEL WILL BE HEIGHTENED TO AN UNNATURAL LEVEL! more

Not recommended - terrible service - lost my photos 7/9/2006

I took some photos to get framed, the individual took a long time to help me and after half an hour I had to leave without completing the transaction. I went back to finish the transaction,again long wait time. Representative said it would be ready in 10 days, went back and it was not ready, I cancelled the transaction verbally but told them I did not want to wait for another 20 mins to pick up the photos. I did not go back for a few months later thinking the photos were safe. Luckily I had my receipt, they had not credited my account and had lost my photos. I was able to get money back after calling a manager at another branch. The branch I dealt with was Woodland Hills. I will never go back. more

Totally Unprofessional... 6/15/2003

I went to the store in Woodland Hills. My wife got there at 5.15pm and I got there at 5:25. Two customers were in front of us. The employee temporarily stopped talking to the 1st customer and asked us what did we need. We told her we just wanted to order a custom made frame and buy 2 pre-made ones. She asked if we could come back the day after because it was 5:30pm and they were closing at 6:00?!? Half an hour to finish a customer and a half (the first guy was almost done). The manager was of no help either. When I told him ""at least close the doors and finish the people you already have here, like any normal business is doing"" he answered ""ehm...uhm...ahm...we have an alarm going off at 6 and we can't stay longer than that"". Yeah right! Pros: Good variety Cons: Employes not friendly, not professional more
