We will never do business with this company again or would we ever recommend them they are nothing but liers the they kept our generator for almost 4 weeks said it would be ready on friday called to see if it was ready he said they had to order a carbuetor for it would be about $100 so it would be ready next Friday called still not ready now its up to $150 it would be other week you guess it Friday again now were up to $200 and its Friday again still not ready try to talk to them on phone he would hang up on you ask officers if they would meet me there so there would be no trouble getting my generator back they did I wanted it back even if it was'nt done I was prepared to pay for what work they had done I get there ask for my generator they gave it back to me and told me they had not done one thing to it BIG FAT LIERS its fixed now it took two days and no new carburetor runs great no $200 SO NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE THERE RUDE LIERS AND SEEMS LIKE THEY COULD BE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CHEETERS TO I CANT BELEIVE THERE STILL IN BUSINES more

Never do business with this company! I ordered a carburetor from them and it came in broken. I sent it back and a week later another one came in. It also was broken. I tried to get my money back and they got very rude with me and told me it was my problem. I tried to work out any type of deal and they got even ruder. I told them I would never do business with them again and the son's reply was ""Good, we don't need you"". The father just said have a good day...\r NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!! more

I wish I would have checked this company's reviews before I took my powerwash to be fixed. They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever done business with. I specifically told them to call me if it would cost more than $100, instead they call me to pick it up and say it will be well over the $100 limit I set. We argued when I got there and the owner replied ""you should be telling me thank you"". I run a business, and if I treated my customers the way they treat theirs I'd no longer have it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! more

I took in my brand new chain saw that seized on me because I didn't know what I was doing with it. They politely explained to me what happened in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot. They taught me how to maintain my own equipment, which was beyond the call of duty. They maintained a pleasant attitude and didn't condescend to me, which many technical people do. Their price for chainsaw service was about half what I had expected. They also serviced my husquevarna 36"" mower at a much lower price than I'd expected. more

Great service & very helpful 2/21/2011

I took my snowthrower in just before a big storm that was not starting. They said that because a big storm was coming that they were trying to service as many as they could to help out the customers. \r \r We got about a foot of snow the next day and was called just about noon to say it was ready. They had not even had it for a full day and they had a ton of other reapirs I could see. When I got it home it ran better than when I bought it!\r \r Since they did such good work I took my lawnmower in for a spring service early. They had it done within a couple days and it was almost half the price I had paid at another shop.\r I am very happy with the service and they have given me a lot of advice on keeping my equipment running strong. more

A a professional Christian security consultant and dealing with the public (home owners and business owners) for over 20 years, this man was the rudist human being i have ever met!!! As i walked into his business, like a library, no one there but 2 employees like statues behind there old desk. It was like going back in time to 1930, it smelled like 1930 as well. I wasn't judgmental at that time, but did notice his outdated security system. I was there to upgrade his system and give him about 1000 dollars worth of FREE GE wireless panel, motion and glass sensors, alarms and such to protect his business. that was the motive in my heart. As with all companies there is a monitoring fee of $25 -45 (everyone pays that) depending if he wanted cell back up. I ask him if he was the boss around here. He gave me a blank look, and said,"" what are you selling."" I told him I am not selling anything today. we are giving the security systems away and installation for free. He insists that i am there to sell him the equipment, tells me to leave and says,"" what are you ""f**king stupid?"" I told him that i am not stupid, i am there to help protect his machines, tools and merchandise, give him piece of mind and security. I have not gotten in a fight in 30 years, I was boiling mad, I said lets take it outside. He was a coward, he stayed in his seat like glue.I asked him why he called me stupid. He said ,' I didnt call you stupid, i called you f**king stupid!"" I wanted to punch this guy so hard, i turned the other cheek and couldn't believe what i just experienced"" I give him MINUS -1 stars for customer service, logic and reasoning and verbal abuse. more

Would not do busness here again 5/16/2009

I took my string trimmer in for repair. I had ripped the hoses off between the gas tank and the carburator. I picked it up from repair to take it home and find that is still did not work. When I said it was obvious they did not even test start it to see if the repairs worked the response was ""You did not ask us to."" Now I was an automobile mechanic for a number of years and I did not do an oil change or even a spark plug change without test starting the vehicle.before giving it back to a customer, so that kind of irked me. They told me to come back on Friday to pick it up and when I asked for it they said it was not ready. in fact I could see it was still in the same spot untouched from when I dropped it off on Tuesday. They said it would be ready at 4pm. I decided I did not need the frustration of having it not ready yet so I waited till Saturday to pick it up and now its not going to be ready till Monday. I will never do business with these people again. edit 5/18/09 brought it home again and tried it and it still won't run. I paid for a carb rebuild that I am pretty sure it did not need. When I originally took it in the pump bulb to start the fuel flow only pumped air. It does pump fuel now so I am pretty sure they fixed the original problem. Now the carb job they did to cover their first messed up repair is bad. Pros: Close to my house Cons: Made no attempt to practice any level of customer service. more
