Go somewhere else. Tech arrived late and obviously didn't want to be at my house. Showed him where the leak had been coming from the toilet and leaking through the subfloor four days previously. He flushed the toilet several times, said no leak, told my Warranty Company no leak. and left. Not three minutes later the water started leaking. I took a video of "no leak" and posted it to Facebook. Called his boss, Cathy who hid behind her customer service rep (who was no held), and had the audacity to ask that I reschedule the appointment for another day with them.
Stay away. No customer service. Poor techs that don't know what they are doing. I think it is a ripoff scheme, where they take American Home Shield Warranty service visits, show up, do nothing, and take the service fee per visit.
