They have live roaches! 6/5/2009

This theater is so close to home but the last time I went (2 weeks ago) I saw two huge flying roaches while watching the movie! It was soooo gross. They flew across the screen from one side of the room to the other. I couldn't help but watch to make sure one didn't land on me! more

Lots Of Movies ~ One Place 8/24/2005

AMC 30 is conviently located to many areas and offers 30 movies to choose from. The theater is very clean and offers the newest reclining comfy chairs and holders which is nice. Although I find that ticket prices to seem unreasonable anymore, they tend to stay competive in this area. We try to catch movies before 6:00 for less prices. The concession stand is overpriced but once again they are being competitive for this area. more

Experience the Difference 8/20/2005

There is certainly a difference in this place. The movies always sound so good. I love that feeling when I can here the footsteps go from the back to the front in a tense scary movie. The consessions are usually always packed on Friday and Saturday nights, but it goes fast. You can be a part of the Movie Watcher rewards program and get coupons for free things even an occasional movie. The tickets are fairly expensive. $8.50 Adult (Friday & Saturday) more

Great free summer movies for kids!!! 8/18/2005

As a mom, I'm always looking for a fun, cheap, safe place to take my kids in the summer. Gulf Pointe was a regular stop each Tues. this summer for this reason. They had free movies every Tues and all get in free. It was great. All I had to spend was the $5 for a "kids pack" that had a soda, small popcorn and m and m's for my daughter. No you don't HAVE to buy this to get in to the movie, but it made my daughter feel grown up. more

Star wars episode III 8/12/2005

There was really nothing special about the actual movie. The theatre itself was wonderful. Stating from the box office cashiers to the management. At the concession stand I ordered a huge order. I was with ten kids so it was not exactly going to work out if I had them cary their own food back to the theatre. The manager at the concession stand actually offered to assist me to my theatre! I was so pleased with the service. Very nice employees... Recommended more

AMC Theatre 8/8/2005

This theatre is really good. The seats are stadium seating with a lot of room to move around and get comfortable. The food is great. I love the nacho cheese the most with jalepenos on them. The place does not smell like the old popcorn smell that some theatres has. Not too many commercials before the trailers and it's a good nice atmosphere. more
