Luxury is out of the question. 5/29/2007

I live within close proximity of this theater and I'm afraid to say that the complex has gone downhill within the past ten years. Not to impugn upon the work ethics of anyone, but since more high schoolers are seeking employment at the theater, the employees don't tend to be completely experienced. Also, I have to say that the theaters are not very well cleaned. Often, you will get litter from previous moviegoers. However, the prices are a little more affordable than most theaters nearby. more

It's an ok theater 11/24/2006

The factoria AMC theater is ok. It's a small theater, but the matinee prices are reasonable. I have never had a problem with the cutsomer service people. For the most part, I thought the theater was clean. The most recent time I have gone to this theater was last year, and I had a good experience. However, I do wish that they had stadium seating. Pros: Good matinee price, decent theater Cons: no stadium seating more

Theater is outdated 3/18/2005

This theater does not have stadium seating, the seats are uncomfortable (low back), and is poorly maintained (broken seats, dirty floor). Although most of the screens are good sized, and sound system is good. Pros: Parking, Easy access, Big screens Cons: Not very clean, No stadium seating, Place seemed run down more

Very uncomfortable seats 12/26/2002

After a 2-hour movie at this theater, my back is always in pain. That's the main reason I avoid this theater, even though I live within 2 miles of it. more

Great Comfortable Theater 7/9/2002

Great theater with few exceptions. They have 8 screens (If I remember right...) and 5-6 of them are large size. The others are a little small, but they generally put older movies in there. My only complaint is the seat height. The base of each seat is only about a foot higher than the one in front of it which causes problems if the guy in front of you is really tall. That really isn't a problem unless you're a kid or real short. Pros: Low Price Cons: Seat Spacing more

85% 6/5/2002

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. It may not be the most updated or beautiful theatre in the Seattle area but clean and easy parking. Pros: short lines, good parking, friendly more

Rude Management, Dirty Theater! 5/30/2002

I went to see Star Wars Episode II recently and found this theater to be one of the worst in cleanliness and customer service! The staff didn't clean in-between the shows so there were piles of popcorn at my feet and empty soda cups and cans on the floor! For the prices of movies nowadays why should you have to sit in other people's trash. To top this off, the lights came on before the end of the movie! Then when I tried to inform the management of the condition of his theater, he brushed me off by saying my movie wasn't the first of the day so that's why it wasn't clean and this is what I should expect at ANY movie theater. I don't think so. more

A dirty hell hole 5/25/2002

I'm simply amazed at the reviews that sing the praises of this place as a ""state of the art"" movie experience. Um, EEEUW. I have *never* found this place clean. The seats are old, the floor sticky, the lighting is outdated. I only go to this theatre when the film I want to see is cannot be found elsewhere. Cons: Dirty, smelly, bad lighting more
