Okay folks if you are looking for a customer service oriented repair service look no further. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in Portland, OR that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. ABC Appliance INC was wonderful. From the first phone call you know you are dealing with professionals. They showed up on time and were able to determine the problems with my washer almost immediately S. Tech not only repaired my washer but also cleaned my dryer vent which was a fire waiting to happen, and for no additional charge changed the door or my dryer. I have added ABC Appliance INC to my contact list in my cell and will give it out to all my friends. Thank you so much for knowing what customer service should be about. more

Can`t tell you enough about how skilled and honest this guy is. He even answers his phone! He doesn`t do all appliances but he did once fix four broken things at our house in just a few hours. It was like having a new kitchen that actually worked. more

I am very pleased with their service 9/24/2012

This guy came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem with my dryer before even opening it up, fixed it, and was gone in 45 minutes. Totally friendly and smart, and work is guaranteed, he said call him immediately if there is any problem and he`ll come back for free. The charges were less than expected, a real breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. spectacular! My towels come out dry as a bone. more

We had a washing machine that wouldn`t drain. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and promptly identified and fixed the problem. He is polite, cleanly attired and professional. His fee was very reasonable. We will use him again and encourage you to do so as well. more
