True commercial fridge & commercial ice machine 11/12/2021

COMMERCIAL TRUE FRUDGE: They were very detailed in information. They fixed my motor in the commercial fridge. COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE: They explained you have to send off the boards. They can’t repair them or they are liable. These boards cost 600-1300 depending on the machine. I don’t think anyone professional kicks or hits an ice machine. LoL Jim did my ice Macintosh. Phil did my commercial fridge. more

They fixed the refrigerator. It took some time but, the tech got the job done. I have had no issues since and the price seem reasonable. Will use again. more

Fixed my sub zero 11/11/2021

They fixed my commercials ice machine & subzero. We used the for 3 years. James is very detailed. They explain everything upfront. I find it hard to be confused with them. Bill was also excellent tech. He fixed my subzero. Excellent service more

Commercial Ice Machine 1/20/2021

Came to our house to fix a commercial ice machine. Spent about 45 minutes on site and told us the control board is bad. The technician said it would cost $1800.00 to fix it just buy another ice machine. He then sat in his truck and sent his wife in to collect the $100.00 for the useless service call. Never seen anything like it. I downloaded a technicians manual and fixed it my self. I didn't even need and parts, the relay for the water pump was a bit sticky and I tapped it a few times with a screwdriver to free it up. The machine works fine and making ice everyday. The technicians manual was free. I would never recommend this company. more

A Christmas story 2/12/2019

I called on Xmas Eve. They answer the phones to try to help ppl. They sold me the part at cost. I wasn’t the only customer there at 10 am! LoL I called back needing another part. I explained I would have to wait. We spent all the money on the 3 little ones. James quickly called me back. He said: Merry Xmas they are free! I said: it’s a Christmas miracle Lmao. Great Company To Do Business with 2/12/2019

Repaired broken ice machine. Fast efficient service., Jim the tech explained everything and went the extra mile in the service he rendered. No rushed repair. Quality work. Plan to put them on our favored vendor list at Mary Help of Christian Center. Tried other commercial companies but they wanted a lot of paper work done. I called and spoke to Regina about my dryer. She gave me an appointment time and then communicated with me through the entire process. These guys are great and great prices too. I will use them again for sure! more

I had a good experience. I was the one uptight the whole time. They were kind as can be the whole time. Jim was fast . I felt very comfortable with him. That's what matters. HONESTY AND KNOWLEDGE. Who takes the time to write bad reviews if you had no appointment. Negative people lol get a life! I give them 5 stars. First they come out and fixed the appliance. I have had other companies come out. Had to have them back out 3 or 4 times. Not a-ability... Second the techs are professional and honest .. Key word honest. Third quality ! Fourth got my senior discount . Some companies won't honor that either. If they are 15 min late is my only complaint Please... no one is perfect ..... I will take that any day over the BS OF OTHER COMPANIES. I have used 4 appliance companies. BEFORE I FOUND A-ABILITY more
