I didn't know until one hour before my appointment if I have it or not!!!!????? I had spoken with their contact person and had the work order for 10:00-12:00 but there was a misunderstanding and I got an email at 04:30 that it has ot be confirmed with their technician. Then nobody was answering the phone when I tried to contact and double check, even when one person picked up the phone and told me that I should call back in 10 minutes to get an answer, he didn't pick up anymore and this made me really frustrated.\r
Then I was called at 09:00 to confirm what the problem was and I was told that I will be informed in one hour IF I will get the service that day, then I was called at 10:00 telling me that the technicians will be here between 11:00 and 12:00, this was not good scheduling. they were here at 11:45, 2 people. First I was told that I have got a wrong price, it will cost me 50$ more!!!! This was not good at all, but since I had already spent that much time and stayed at home I just said OK. One of them was experienced and the other no, he was only told what to do and how to do, this was not professional either. The experienced one stood and talked ALLOT which I didn't appreciate either and finally I had to go through every part of the couch and found allot of parts that were still not cleaned, this was when the experienced guy started working and he was really good, very skillful and experienced.\r
In total I would say my experience was not as good as I had read from other people, maybe I was just not luck but still it wasn't good service for me.
Pros: They had skillful technician but he was not the one working!
Cons: Not professional, talkative, very bad scheduling and cost more than first estimate
