Went for lunch took 30 min to get food ordered from lunch menu, wife asked for manager general manager spoke to her and said he would take care of her. Paid the bill he did nothin...

Went for lunch took 30 min to get food ordered from lunch menu, wife asked for manager general manager spoke to her and said he would take care of her. Paid the bill he did nothing. When I spoke to him he said I already spoke to your wife and everything is ok. I said you did nothing and he said he thought we had already paid our bill so that was that. I told him that we would never come back and he walked away. I then went to him and asked for his name and he said I'll give you my card, but instead of giving me his card he scribbled his name on a piece of paper he ripped off of something. Again I told him we would never come back and he said I'm the general manager and it would be best for both of us if you never come back here! Very professional. This place is my all time favorite if you want a great dinner or lunch this is THE PLACE TO GO. Their jack daniels sauce is the best. Their french fries have a seasoning on them gives them a great texture. They also offer flavored drinks I always get vanilla added to my coke. If you sign on their web site you can get a coupon for a free appitzer.. Try the sesame chicken it the best. Tgi fridays also ofter a gold point rewards card for fequent coustomers. They store on colerain and other in cincinnati are always clean and the service is always the best. more

In 2011, AAA Mid-Atlantic opened the first Car Care, Insurance, Travel Center. Services available at the center include automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs such as tires, brakes, tune-ups, oil change, air conditioning and cooling systems, battery replacements, and electrical work. In addition to auto repair, the center has a full service AAA retail store where members and non-members can purchase membership, travel, insurance, merchandise, and much more. We will continue to open additional centers throughout our Mid-Atlantic territory.
