I have not even received service yet from this company and if I had a choice would not give them any business. Unfortunately, because I have a home warranty this is who they contract with and I am stuck using them for this service call. My home warranty Co advised A1 services would be coming to my home to repair a leak from my water heater which the water to my home had to be shut off. They said it would be 8-10 next business day. Not happy but I had no water and accepted it. A1called me about 5:30 pm to confirm apt and I missed the call. I called back but their machine said they closed at 5. I called at 8:05am this morning because their machine said they open at 8 and their was no answer so I left a msg again. 30 minutes later I received a call from them and was told my apt was 10-1. I advised the woman that I was told 8-10 and she rudely replied ""I never told you that, I never spoke to you"". ""We called and you didn't answer."" I have not had contact with their technician yet, but if he is anything like the woman on the phone this is going to be a hard day. I called AHS to get another company and was advised if I do that it would be another 24 hours so I am stuck. I make it a point to not give $ to businesses that do not appreciate customers, and I would encourage ppl to not use this company.
