In an auto accident, the last thing I want to be concerned about is who to trust and where to take my truck. A friend referred me to Don and Aaron at A-1 for the repairs to my 2014 F250 after I was rear ended. It had frame damage and I was worried it would never be the same. Aaron walked me through the repair, and explained how they were going to repair my frame. After 20 minutes outside with the truck, I felt like I was the only customer they were helping for the month. They handled the insurance company, kept me updated through out the whole repair, and took care of getting my rental turned back in at the end of the repair. I picked my car up at A-1 after 2 weeks of repair work, and it looks as good as it did the day I bought it. (Which was about 3 months before the wreck). Absolutely would refer people to A-1. Avoid the stress and just let them take care of everything! more

I have utilized A-1's services on two times. The most recent was to repair the front and side of my 2014 Ford Explorer. Great customer service I Spoke with Fred Postel, took my daughters 08 Ford Mustang in for fender bender damage, they were awesome!!, they called over 3 different places to get the best price for my stripe for the car, they went above and beyond , handled us with first class all the way. We usually deal with Don in the past, But Fred gave outstanding service..Then when we went to pick the car up on Saturday, Aaron was very detailed and gave excellent service...on a scale of 1-10 my experience with this establishment is a 10+....No exaggeration....Thanks A-1 my daughter loves her car again!! :) more

The team at A-1 is exceptional. They recently repaired my Infiniti after it was involved in a fender bender. They helped me with every aspect of the repair process. First they helped me arrange a rental car that was delivered directly to the shop for me. After that they were able to deal with the insurance company making sure that I received factory replacement parts for my vehicle. They were very courteous and understanding. The service was great. More importantly was the quality of the repairs. The paint matched perfectly and the repairs where flawless. They were very quick to address any concern that I had as politely and quickly as possible. Not only would I use them again but I would certainly refer any of my family members or friends to them. more

Outstanding job! I drove 4 hours one way just to have Don and his shop work on my car. After having several horrible experiences I was not going to take a chance on another botched job. I would just like to say that anyone who gets into an accident needs to stop by A-1. They are A+ in my book. They take care of everything. I have been there 3 times now and every time is a great experience. Don wasn't in there the last couple times I went there and that's ok you can speak to his Assistant Brent. I was in 2 cars accidents recently and had all of the repair work done at A-1 Auto & Collision and had an EXCELLENT experience with them. We were initally going to go to a different shop that did the estimate for our insurance company until we went online and looked at the reviews. We were so impressed with A-1's reviews that we went there last minute and ended up leaving my vehicle to have the work done. They worked out all of the details with my insurance company and got the job done right and on time. Plus they gave us a free loaner car for 2 weeks! They are smart and market their company all over it, so don't expect a true rental car but who cares - it was free and much appreciated since I had to pay for 2 deductibles...! I can now say first hand, all of the great reviews they have gotten are really are true. Thank you Don & the rest of the team! Hopefully, we don't see you too soon! Don and Summer took great care of my Mazda. I got rear-ended and my trunk was literally in my backseat. A1 took excellent care of me and my car. I got it back today after just a week of them working on it and it looks FLAWLESS. I hope I don't get rear-ended again anytime soon, but if I do, A1 is the ONLY place I'll take it. Don and his team are top notch. My vehicle sustained $5200 in damages and now looks brand new. They will deal with your insurance company to get fast service. Call A-1 frequently. They will be understandably busy, so stay on top of them. We all know ins. companies will give you the run around. Don will tell you exactly what he needs you to do to make the experience go smoothly as possible. The work was top notch. The parts he used were new. He explained in great detail what they had done and what parts were replaced. I got a detailed invoice with part #'s and outside vendors he used as well. A full labor warranty and parts covered by the manufacturer. Don and his team are the shining star of this business. A-1 Auto & Collision Repair did the body work on my car and my son's car. They did a fantastic job. They were willing to work with me on getting the cooperation of my insurance company and stayed in touch with me about the progress of the repair work. These guys are top notch! Before I can vouch for a facility I have to use them myself, and I did. Although I have to recommend our shop program, I can also tell a customer they have the right to choose a facility of their choice. I personally took my vehicle to Don and his staff for repairs for damages over $3700.00. Not only did they do an excellent job, they did it in 6 days while providing me with a vehicle to drive. They are honest,trustworthy and competent of providing service I demand of my own employees. I have referred A-1 Auto & Collision to my customers and have had nothing but excellent feedback. Thanks to A-1 for an excellent job on my PT Cruiser. It was such a relief to have Mr. Ward make arrangements with the insurance reps, giving me info regarding the car rental, giving me a date to expect my vehicle and keeping the date. Wow! I have found a very different management at A-1 from the irate lady. Owner Don Ward has repaired cars for me at his previous job at a major auto dealeship on Katy Freeway. Since opening his business on Louetta he has repaired my vehicle twice and each time the results were excellent. His dependable loaner car kept me in wheels, free of charge, while the work was done and I was kept informed regularly of the progress. Pricing was always within the guidelines of my insurance estimates and the transactions were smooth and with no problem. Those I have referred to him for collision repairs have all been complimentary. I will continue to recommend him as long as I get the kind of service he has given me in the past.
