A plus Auto Repair

I have been to A Plus Auto three times now, with 3 different vehicles. The fist vehicle was a Honda CRV and they fixed it for me. Second was my Jeep liberty, which was almost stolen at splashtown last year. We had to have it towed to them. Third is my new Camry, which I hit a 18 wheeler tire on 45. They have always been very helpful and very kind to me. They call me for updates or to ask quesitons. They work great with my insurance company and even offer information on rental cars. It is always hard to trust those who work on your vehicles, but I do trust this place. This is way I am a return customer. I feel that I am kept up to date with repairs, and with the jeep they even called and wanted me to stop and check out something before it was fixed. It seems to always be me bringing the vehicles to them instead of my husband but they do not treat me like a "woman who knows nothing" lol. They treat me the same. Super customer service and very Honest! The cleanest Car Repair shop I have ever seen! Thank God for the people at A Plus Auto Repair! My car had its engine light come on so I took it in to A Plus Auto Repair for a Diagnostics test which was $90.00. They did the diagnostics and informed me of the problems on my car and then took me out to my car to show me everything, then explained how much it would cost for them to repair it. I told them to fix it so they repaired my car the same day and gave me a great Nationwide Warranty with the repairs! This is the only Auto Repair shop I will go to. I recommend A Plus Auto Repair to everyone I know and people I meet. more

In response to the customer that was billed 34.51 for an oil change it is because your olds aurora takes 8 quarts of oil .Go to wikipedia and search north star engine series to confirm this. as you know oil change coupons only include up to 5 qaurts of oil and the disposal fee is extra. you were given the coupon price that is 19.95 plus the charge for 3 additional quarts of castrol gtx and the disposal fee.We didnt except your credit card because you said you were going to call the credit card company & stop payment. as for the lady who thinks im a thief its because you put no value in my time or investment.I know im an honest family man who has worked long hours for 40years.my time is of value just like the other working man.I think our record shows we a good name we have been at this location for 12 years and have worked on over 75 thousand vehicles.we have the cleanest shop in town & we are one of the highest volumn shops in the area.Our work is backed by a nationwide warranty & the more

I saw their sign and went in for my state inspection. The took me right in. Its a wonderful atmosphere.Being a woman I was worried about taking my car to a shop. I have been mistreated before. I found out it's a family owned business and saw how each person there treated their customers. I was happy to see I can trust A Plus Auto Repair... Thanks more

I went to A Plus Auto Repair because I had a coupon for $19.95 for a lube, oil and filter.Because this is my only day off, and I live 5 minutes from there, I asked if I could be taken home and picked up later, but was told they were too busy to accommodate me, even though one of their service people was reading a newspaper. The woman behind the counter then proceeded to belittle and berate me because I had the nerve to ask to impose on their time. When it came time to pay, I was billed $34.51 for a $19.95 coupon, she wouldn't allow me to use my credit/debit card, and she sent me walking to the ATM, which cost me an additional $1.50 transaction fee. The whole experience left me shaking...I have never been treated so poorly. They could have cared less about me as a customer because I wasn't spending a lot of money this time. more
