I've been here three times- I wanted to really give it a try before I gave up. My stylist was Roger all three times. The first, I had a cut and partial highlight. Roger asked me to help by holding and passing him the foils. I did that, but I'd have really preferred to read. When I got the final bill, it was nearly $300, including the tip. I was appalled. My hair looked decent, but I've had cheaper, nicer cuts and way higher end salons.
The second time I went, I was their first appointment of the day. I showed up at exactly the appointed time. The storefront was still closed. I had to wait for the staff to arrive. I was getting pretty displeased with the lack of professionalism, but my wedding was coming up, and I didn't want to find a new salon at that point. I made an appointment for the cut and color before my wedding, which was my third appointment with them.
I showed up to my third appointment. I was told I was early. There had been a scheduling mistake, and they asked me to sit through another person's haircut. I did that. I was assured Roger would make it quick. An hour later, another person walked in. I was asked to wait just a little while longer while she was served. I had it. I walked out, and never came back. For the price, the service is ridiculously unprofessional. Nothing about this salon is worth it.
Pros: Near-by
Cons: Unprofessional, expensive
