\r \r Ordered a dozen roses at 1:18 PM, which arrived at Macalester College (according to Google maps a .3 mile, 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk) several hours later, after being charged a delivery fee of about $25-30, with the whole order coming in at around $65. $25-30 delivery fee is well over the price they advertise on their website, considering that it's literally right down the street. Never received the delivery confirmation that they promised either, which certainly should have been covered by such a fee. This is fraud, I want my money back. Will not use again. more

Not only was A. Johnson & Sons the only florist kind enough to offer donations for our dinner, but the arrangements they donated were absolutely beautiful! Each arrangement was unique and full of color; they were flawless. Upon picking the flowers up, all of the employees were welcoming and excited to help. A. I ordered my flowers through them online for Mother's day. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday on the 10th, but they didnt. They had the person sit in my MIL driveway and sit there for 2 minutes and drive away. So I call the company and they told me that the flowers were on the road for delivery. Not a problem, until 9 pm my time (8 pm MIL time) I call them once again and to my surprise the 24 hour answering service told me that it never got delivered. So they said that they were sorry and that the flowers would be delivered to her work today, and guess what it NEVER DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow is going to be the 3rd attempt for them to send it to her. I will never use this company again for flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I've been a customer of A. Johnson & Sons Florists for several years now and I cannot possibly recommend a better florist. They use the fresh Minnesota Grown Roses which last much longer than the flowers I receive as gifts from friends from other florists. Plus I've never been disappointed with a single flower arrangement, every time I order flowers they deliver an floral arrangement that is nothing short of stellar. The best part about this flower shop is that they offer same day delivery until 2PM, so if I ever need to get flowers for a last minute event, I can order some last minute flowers that leave a lasting impression. They even offer a special 1 hour flower delivery service, that works like a champ when I need to get flowers ASAP! They've been located at 1738 Grand Ave. in Saint Paul Minnesota for over 70 years, so they have years of expertise behind every flower arrangement. They even guarantee every arrangement to be superbly arranged, or they'll replace it for free, although I have never seen any flower arrangement that was any thing short of stunning. The bottom line is that A. We visited this shop to buy flowers for decorating a farewell party for my overseas friend. Since yellow is her favorite color we decided to go for yellow colored flowers of all types .We came to this shop after visiting a couple where we couldnt find much variety. But here they had a huge variety and we immediately gave orders and they devlired it perfectly Almost all the flowers turned out perfect. Very economical also. PROS: Variety of flowers CONS: None more
