Worst store ever! 8/30/2009

This store is now Kaira's bridal. Don't shop at this store! I am so sorry I bought my wedding dress here. They were constantly leaving me and my maid of honor messages about the wrong wedding party. It took them 5 months to get my maid of honor's dress, even though they said it would be no more than 3 or 4 months. It arrived just one month before the wedding. And then when it came in, she couldn't even get it zipped up! She paid $124 for a dress she couldn't even zip up. I spoke to the owner about the situation and said that they should alter it free of cost or compensate her in some way, but the owner wouldn't work with us at all. She said they could alter the dress but it would be extra. The last time I was at the store, I heard another woman complaining about the same thing. She had ordered a dress and it was about 3 sizes too big. She was complaining because it was going to cost just as much to alter the dress as it did to buy it. I think they purposefully order the wrong size so that they can charge more for alterations. I would never spend one more dollar there. The owner is rude and provides terrible customer service. Very disorganized! Cons: Rude owner and terrible customer service more

Terrible Bridal Store 6/16/2009

Okay, so while I wasn't the bride, I was a bridesmaid and this was our awful experience:\r \r I am from out of state, and my best friend was getting married in Flagstaff. She found her bridal gown here and went ahead and decided to get the bridesmaids dresses with this store as well. \r \r Rather than letting us know that it was going to take almost two months to get the dresses ordered and to the store, they waited until it was too late and we would all have to pay a rush delivery fee of $15 before calling the bride or anyone else in the bridal party and letting us know. While this at first simply seemed like an inconvenience, they then proceeded to get the maid of honor's order wrong (she is a size 2 and they ordered a size 8) as well as losing my order entirely. When I called to make sure that the dress had arrived in the store (2 and half weeks before the wedding) they said they hadn't ordered it and had ""assumed [I] was no longer in the bridal party."" Why?! No excuse. They never contacted the bride to ASK if I was in the bridal party still, and admitted later to losing the information. I had to buy their sample dress (with the word SAMPLE printed on it) which was a differet color and 4 sizes too big. The zipper was broken and I had to be sown into the dress (after resizing by the brides mother) for the ceremony. \r \r When the maid of honor went to pick up her dress a week before the wedding she found that the store had moved. However, they never contacted the bride or any other member of the bridal party alerting them to this small detail. If she hadn't had her GPS on her, it would have been a wasted trip from Flagstaff and none of the rest of us might have known it had moved.\r \r The bride was supposed to be able to pick up the dress 2 days before her wedding all fitted and finished, but when she got there, they had not changed anything other than replacing the zipper with buttons and the ribbon with one of a different color, the bust was still several inches too big, and we had to stay in Phoenix for 3 more hours while they altered it.\r \r The bridal gowns seemed to be of good quality, and there were lots of them. While the service was friendly and kind, they seemed very disorganized and we were all very put off by their inability to own up to any of their mistakes which were too numerous. \r \r If you find a great dress here and it fits well enough, I say buy it and wash your hands of the store. Working with them for longer than the day is terrible.\r \r \r \r Edit - Delete Pros: lovely bridal dresses Cons: stupid people, liars, bad communication, slow deliveries more

Poor Customer service, they just didn't care! 6/29/2008

Ok brides, I want to make you aware of a bad place to buy your wedding stuff! Here is my nightmare.....\r I went to A dream wedding and fell in love with a dress there, I purchased not only my wedding dress but my bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses and tuxes from this store. My headache first started when my dress came only two weeks before my wedding (June 14th) when I was promised it would be here end of April first week of May. When my bridesmaid dresses got there my sisters was about 1 foot too long and the breast was about twice as big as her actual size. They measured her at the store. Just as I think everything is ok the tux massacre begin. When my wedding party came in for their tuxes their was a number of issues.\r \r My grooms tux was completely wrinkled and un-presentable and his shoes were not there, the best mans jacket was too small as well as his shoes not there, the grooms fathers pants were about 6-8 inches too short and the bridal store told HIM to drive down to\r the other location and pick up his pants. One of my ushers had received a wrong colored tie and his pants were frayed really bad at the bottom, AND not to mention the ring bearer who is 6 years old had shoes twice his size his jacket was too small and they gave him a mens size vest and tie! Upon complaining to the owner she had nothing to say other than ""that's why we do a final fitting."" Then came returning the tuxes. My brother who was in my wedding returned everything but the jacket, he lives in Yuma therefore unable to just drive back and give it to us. We tried reasoning with the store considering all the issues previous to this. However, they would not budge they charged my brother $199 dollars for his tux jacket! We did however get a note FROM the store stating upon receiving the jacket he would be reimbursed the full $199. To this day 6/24/08 the owner is refusing to pay back the $199 even with a written note.\r \r I will not recommend this place EVER Pros: Good prices Cons: Poor customer service, goods ordered were not what we received. Lots of errors! more

Fantastic Store 1/13/2008

Let me start off by saying that I loved the people at this store. Tammy was on of the nicest sales women that I've ever met. After trying on like a thousand dresses she helped me find the dress of my dreams. It is a Carilynn Collection which I was told is a private brand that the owner designs for. I absolutely love my dress and am also planning on getting my bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos from them too. I really recommend this place to eveyone who is looking to save money, time and their sanity. Pros: Tammy was helped me find the perfect dress Cons: Location sort of hard to find more

Great Experience 1/9/2008

I first went to this store to rent my prom tuxedo. The girls that helped me me were kind and very knowledgeable. They helped my pick out a tux that was inexpensive but awesome. My finance and I just went back to the store last week to pick out my tuxs for our wedding. We've recommend this store to all or our friends. You cant find a better place. Pros: Good prices, cute staff Cons: Store is normally busy more

Terrible Customer service and employees dumber than a box of rocks 1/12/2007

I hate this store!!! They are making my wedding experience the worst experience ever!!! All their dresses come from China so they take 6 months to come in unless you pay a rush fee (retarded). I ordered my dress in June. I was told it would ship Dec. 21st. My wedding is Feb 10, 2007. It is going into well over 7 months and my dress is no where to be found! First of all they let me pay my dess off over a period of 4 months which I must say is pretty nice. If you do this save any proof of payment!! I had to fax over reciepts to prove I had made a payment because some bimbo forgot to write the charge down on my order form. Right around Dec 21st I started to call to find out about my dress and I was told oh 7-10 business days from the 21st. First week of January... I call to see if my dress is in. I'm told by the so-called ""manager"" Holly that its in customs in San Fransico and that it is being released that day and that I will have Tuesday the 9th. I call tuesday the 9th. Some retard employee tells me that yes its coming in that day via DHL and they will call me to tell me when I can pick it up. Wednesday the 10th I get a phone call from the store owner Tammy. She informs me ITS STILL IN CUSTOMS!!!! It got delayed by holidays. SHe promises I will have it by Monday the 15....yeah right! Today, Friday the 12th I called again to get the same retard on the phone and she tells me ""She doesn;t have any information on my dress and no one is in the store to help me"" Doesn't anyone know how to run a business? I hate this store. I do not recommend it unless you have a year before your wedding day. This store is terrible! it is now Tuesday the dress is still not in AZ even though I was promised by the owner, Tammy, that I'd have it Monday the 15th. How many broken promises am I going to get??? I have 24 days till I get married and still no dress..... i still need alterations. Pros: pretty dresses Cons: no customer service, long wait for dresses, liars and people who dont know what they are doing more
