HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!\r \r STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE!!!!!\r \r \r \r I agree totally with the previous review PARENTS STAY AWAY -THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! The operations manager (Jim) has no customer service skills, and is unprofessional, inflexible and downright rude and obnoxious! He is also manipulative and anytime we had a simple question he also acted like we were bothering him and kept referring us to the website. The crib we rented was old scratched and run down. The mattress had holes in it and was DIRTY!!! They seem to be a mom and pop company with little products that are old despite their website claiming that they are ""clean and use new sanitized products."" They also have a 10 day cancellation policy that they do not bend on for any reason which is excessive especailly when u have children, which is irrational and ridiculous ( no other company has this policy).The way they speak to customers is deplorable and it is a wonder that they are still in business-STAY AWAY and use other companies in orlando region-there are plenty out there just google them but please stay away and dont subject yourself to such a poorly run company! more

I was hesitant using this company due to the one bad review written. I did phone and talk to the owner and he put my fears at ease! I had to rent a crib, cd player, high chair and bin of toys VERY last minute (two days before Christmas!!) and they were extremely accomodating. Not only would I recommend them to anyone staying in the area, but I will definately use them again. Everything was as clean as if it was brand new, very easy to assemble and repackage, and the toys were perfect! Thank you so much for providing such a great service! more

We too have had wonderful experiences with A Baby's Best Friend. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and the items we rent are always better than we expect (or see from other companies). Steam cleaned and always great quality, their items are fantastic. Our WDW vacations would not be as special or easy without ABBF. more

When vacationing in Orlando, we rented a crib online from A Baby's Best Friend on the advice of our resort, Wyndham Bonnet Creek. The boxed crib and bagged linens were waiting for us upon check-in in our resort's luggage room and the bellhop brought it up to our room. The rental included a like-new wooden crib, thick crib mattress, mattress pad, crib sheet, bumpers and small quilt. The crib needed to be assembled (basically snapped together) and was easily accomplished in about 10 minutes after reading the directions. The linens were well-loved yet freshly laundered ""Winnie the Pooh"" designs. Before we left, we disassembled the crib, boxed it up and had the bellhop return it to the luggage room for pick-up. It was an easy, fairly painless experience. We were very happy with the quality of the modern crib. HIghly recommend if you travel with little ones!
