During all the snow this winter I was stranded in my car but fortunately had AAA Premium! I was in class in Boston but expected a tow back to Brockton. After a 45 minute wait A&B Towing finally arrived, early as it was a 90 minute estimated wait time! Once my car was loaded onto the truck & my card was given the driver, he got into his cab to ""verify"" my info (never happened before). He came out to tell me he loaded the WRONG car & had to re-park my car & get ""the next car in correct order""! YES, the driver removed my car & said ""there's another tow right behind him for me"" Thank God I had a classmate with a warm car to sit in or I would have frozen to death! Another 20mins goes by & I call AAA to check for the new tow. AAA had no idea what I was talking about or this driver had ever arrived on top of leaving me still sitting there! AAA called A&B and was told the driver claimed to have mechanical issues for the reason he couldn't tow me!
Come to find out, because I had AAA Premium, A&B Towing left me sitting there because they wouldn't get cash as I have free towing within 120miles! Basically, they left me sitting there because they wouldn't be able to rape me for cash-due@-service from Boston-Brockton, about 25 miles(@ $4/mi = $100)!
Clearly, A&B is an unprofessional & unethical business! When I called A&B office to report this incident the manager/owner was argumentative & insulting when I told him I reported this to AAA customer service (figured it was just the driver, not the entire co, wrong). If you cherish your car & personal belongings inside I wouldn't use this company for jack....
