Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Nana, the Manager, is extremely rude and has no customer service skills!!! I was very happy with the dress, but it was not worth the hassle of dealing with Nana. She is the rudest person I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!!
