I had my Nissan Pathfinder towed to A&A Imported Motors because it wouldn't start one morning and this place was right nearby. What a mistake! When the smoke cleared, I was fleeced to the tune of $1,300+. When I asked the woman in the office for a breakdown, she became rude and impatient - interrupting me, shouting, etc. I later learned that the problem was a minor wiring issue that could have been fixed for less than $150, but apparently, the characters at A&A saw a female with a disabled vehicle who didn't have a clue about cars and decided to have a field day with me. They of course proceeded to find all sorts of other things ""wrong"" with my car - which was strange, because nothing else was wrong with it prior to this. I take my car in to the Nissan dealership regularly under its scheduled maintenance warranty, so any major problems would have been brought to my attention there during routine servicing. A&A Motors simply took advantage of me because my car was disabled, and in order to get it back, I was forced to take their word and pay them whatever they wanted. I guess I should feel lucky that they didn't charge me twice that amount.
Pros: A good place to throw money away.
Cons: Sloppy mechanics, overpriced ""repairs""; NASTY ""customer service""
