Guys showed up on time, safely packaged our belongings and delivered them to our new home. Service with a smile in less time than anticipated. Crew was very personable and professional. It was as if I had close friends helping me move that just happened to be professonal movers. more

We recently hired 5 Star to move to our new home. Melyssa was great to work with and was very helpful getting things setup before the move. Jeremy and his crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, taking care to insure that everything was protected and packed safely. After the move I was amazed that nothing was damaged! They even finished the job early and under budget! I highly recommend 5 Star to anyone needing a moving service! Great job guys! more

I was very upset when the movers arrived three hours late! Then i had to pay for three hours when it only took two, plus i still had to pay for the supplies they used. When i called back about it all they gave me was 5% back. I will definitly not recommend this company again. RESPONSE FROM 5 Star Moving & Storage: When Ms. Althauser contacted 5 Star she was quoted 3 hrs plus 1 hr travel time to perform her relocation. She was also scheduled for a variable arrival time in the afternoon. We do not guarantee arrival time- but that we call one hour in advance. We did arrive and perform the relocation at the quoted estimate that afternoon. However, there seems to have been a communication breakdown between the estimator and Lisa. And this we certainly do not like to see happen. Our men worked for 2 hrs plus travel time. So, we would like to go ahead and just refund the 1 hour that Ms. Althauser was charged. In an industry were customer service is often overlooked in lieu of money and the bottom line, we do strive to set a new example for the industry to follow. We believe that a company that takes care of their customers will in the end be around the longest! The refund comes along with apologies for any miscommunication on our part. more

I have used this company for 7 "segments" of move and have been pleased with them each time. The guys were energetic and seemed to like what they were doing. Their good and interested attitude made the experience fun. They always take great care wtih out things. Would and will use them again. more

Movers were very friendly and professional. Moved boxes very quickly, wrapped all furniture with care and didn't mind arranging furniture the way I wanted. more

The movers were excellent and the service was great. 5 Star Moving & Storage did everything that they told me they would do from the beginning. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone that I interacted with was great!! I hope that we don't have to move again, but if we do, they will be the first people I will call. more

Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent service of JD and Brian who moved me from my Aurora Duquesne address to my new Winnipeg address on 11/21/09. They were polite and professional and very careful with my things. They also worked VERY hard as this should have been a 3-man job and they did it alone. I would use your services again but I know JD and Brian will have been promoted so you'll have to send some other great employees. more
