If I could pick 0 stars I would. I had a service call set up that was supposed to occur between the hours of 10A and 11A. Still not there at 11:30. Called and got the run around as to why they had not shown up. Assured me someone was on the way. Another 30 minutes later and still a no-show. Called again and still the same run around. Finally, an hour after that, I called was told that I was "rude" to their employee (I had certainly expressed my anger about wasting my time) and that they "decided" they didn't need my business. I hope you, as a customer decide that they do not need your money.
