I cancelled my 24 Hour Fitness membership after working out there for over a year. While I enjoyed the facilities, I consistently had trouble with updating my account when I experienced changes in my info. While a member, I moved once and I changed credit cards once. It took the gym over 2 months to get my info properly updated, even with my persistent communication. The gym uses some sort of call center that is awful and impersonal and not tied to the gym at all. I would receive calls from the call center multiple times after I had already updated my account properly. Gym is great, customer service is lacking.
Pros: Clean, classes, many locations
Cons: Customer service and call center are terrible
