I have taken my car here twice. The first time it was for a battery problem. They replaced the battery cheaper than I could find one at Sears or online. They got it done without an appointment. Furthermore, they also found an additional problem, which I first thought was typical of an auto dealer - you know how they always find something. Well it turns out after getting a second and third opinion, they were right. So I took my car back for another problem I thought I had - I thought the smell I was smelling was my gear shift going out of wack. Of course a new clutch would've been terribly expensive. I fully expected they would find a problem and charge me a lot of money. They easily could have. My car is getting up there in milage, and they could've changed it out and I wouldn't have known the difference. However, they found the smell was simply the new breaks that I got - and charged me nothing.
