I purchased a fob that did not work. I contacted the company. Their solution was for me to send the defective one back, they would send me another and I would bring back to lock...

I purchased a fob that did not work. I contacted the company. Their solution was for me to send the defective one back, they would send me another and I would bring back to locksmith, hoping that this second refurbished fob would work. The locksmith replaced the defective fob and changed me a $10 fee. I communicated this to the company but got the answer "oh well". I asked for a $10 reimbursement which would be less than shipping and handling, but I was told that they could not. more

Crap 8/25/2019

Ordered the first remote, looked nothing like oem. Tried to get it programmed at the dealership, they said it’s been programmed to another car. Sent it back and got another one. This one looked like oem. Took it to dealership, said this one is also programmed to another car. Lost $100 each time at the dealership. Don’t trust their products. more

Rip Off 10/1/2018

The key fob I ordered did NOT fit for my car. Before ordered it I sent them the vin number for my car, AND spoke to them on the phone to make sure i ordered the correct part. They say they will give me a refund if i pay the shipping to send it back. So i paid $3.00 to have it sent and then I would have to pay another $3 to ship it back. So, I would be out $6 and still have no key fob. What kind of people are these. ? Total rip off if you ask me. I will dispute the charges with my bank. more

Great service and Key 8/29/2017

Shipped very fast. Responded to an inquiry about my purchase promptly (early next day). Key arrived within 5 days (including a weekend) of my order. Key programmed at dealer and the new blank entry key was an exact match and worked after dealer cut the key. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones but I would definitely use them again. more

This company was called about fraudulent. They excepted that the charges were fraudulent. And then REFUSED to return the funds to us. They are not reputable. Do Not trust them with your Credit Card Information. They are not trust worthy. more

Just Horriable 7/12/2017

I purchased an Infiniti remote key FOB. Item received in a very poor condition and missing logo. It was not even close to the picture they used on the website. I paid for the return shipping. They didn't refund the money until I called them after 10 days after they received the item back. They even deducted their shipping cost from the refund. more

Key could not be programmed. No refund. 5/31/2017

Bought a key for my 09 RAV4. Took me about 6 months to get it to a dealer. The dealer determined it could not be programmed. Customer service said it had been too long and could not help me. Avoid this company. more

Failed to refund my money 10/21/2012

I ordered a remote for my Saturn and it came and I returned it over a month ago and I have attempted to get my money or credit card debited but no luck. I live in the metro Atlanta area and plan on driving over there in person to get my refund. Don't do business with these people. more

Failure to refund money for a fualty remote 12/13/2011

Great Product-Fast Service 6/18/2011

After losing my keys with my remote attached, I checked with my local Ford Dealer for a replacement. Cost $80.00 I checked with a local locksmith...cost $85.00. I am very pleased with this service. I recieved my remote in 3 days. It took me longer to walk outside to my 2005 F-250 Ford truck, than it did to program the remote. Thank you for a great product and fast service. more

Good: Was quick to take my order and ship it too.. Bad: When it wouldn't program they suggested I spend money at a dealership to program it. That failed so I sent it back.........last August!! Still no refund but a lot of excuses about credit card information, do not have your address, so I provided again... So where didi they ship it to????. Improvements: Like send me my money back, duh. Other: Do not use these guys!!! They are poor business people and any issues WILL NOT be taken care of!!!. more
