Do yourself a favor, and avoid the Linca agency at all costs. Michele Linca, in particular, is apparently a pathological liar. Dishonesty seems to be company policy at this location. If you find yourself determined to go with Allstate, you'd be best served by finding another agent.
I witnessed fraud and a general negative attitude from this agency. They didn't hesitate to lie through their teeth to make a buck, and they certainly weren't helpful when their services were needed. You're definitely in BAD HANDS, if you go with this Allstate agent.
