Torturous Experiences with the Service Department

I don't trust this service department as far as I can throw them. I have had repeat problems with idiotic things from the fuel system to the tires. First off, they find all kinds of ways to bill around their "free" service pack.They have quite a racket - tell the customer that the first 5 times they experience a problem IT WAS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT problem than the SIXTH time - once the warranty has expired - to the tune of a thousand dollars. If I can get them to replace the tire that just blew and get out from under this I will never go back. (They had to replace 2 of the 6 month old tires a few months ago after my husband went ballistic. They "patched" a faulty tire before I took a 300 mile trip with the kids & the tire went flat en route late at night on the 5 freeway.)
And this in the bulletproof Camry.
