The customer service is outstanding. They were quick to diagnose the problem, and quick to fix the problem. They stayed in constant contact with us as to the status of our car. We will not take our car anywhere else!

We have a Ford minivan that is still under warranty. We have had to take it in a couple of times for minor repairs, and both times we have taken it to Green Ford (we did not buy the car there). The service has been very good, and everyone who works there is very friendly. They have also worked quickly so that we could get our van back as quickly as possible. We will continue to take our vehicle to Green Ford.

We took our Volvo in to Swedish Auto Works on numerous occasions, always trusting that their diagnosis was accurate. After one particular visit that cost us over $1000, the same dashboard alert came back on. We then decided to take our car to another Volvo repair shop. They were able to fix our car for under $150! We realized that Swedish charged us over a thousand dollars to "fix" parts of the car that weren't broken, and they didn't even bother to fix the actual issue with the car!

The restaurant is circular, and in the center, there are steps that lead to a roof-top terrace. If you are wishing you were at the beach, check out the terrace! There are large palm-like trees swaying in the breeze and the ambiance is perfect. If you enjoy martinis, you must try their key lime martini. The chocolate martini is also wonderful. Yum Yum!

Cheesecakes by Alex is located in downtown Greensboro on Elm Street. parking can be a challenge, but I'd walk a mile for a slice of his cheesecake! They sell it by the slice, but also in small, medium, and large whole cake sizes. The price is steep, but worth every single penny! They have many flavors of cheesecakes, and I have not had a bad one yet! The only glitch I've encountered was that I bought a cake for dessert the night I was going to use it, and it was still frozen when I was ready to serve it. I had followed the instructions of the employee; I would recommend going a bit longer than the time they give for defrosting the cheesecake.

Sometimes you can smell the doughnuts before you even see the sign....mmmmm....warm, gooey glazed doughnuts rolling off of the conveyor belt! It is hard to resist stopping when you see the "hot doughnuts now" sign on in the window. We love to watch the doughnuts work their way through the cooking process. Through the plexiglass window, you can watch the doughnuts rise, cook in the oil, flip over and cook on the other side, then glide through the waterfall of icing. Complete the snack with a big cup of milk or freshly brewed coffee!

I love Spring Garden Bakery and Coffee House. Their baked goods are wonderful and fresh, not shipped in on a truck. Their coffee beans are not over-roasted, so that there is actually some personality and authentic flavor to the coffee. Parking can be challenging, but it is worth the time to swing in and have a cup of joe and a scone!

I went to Tangles Hair Studio for years and it is a very nice place. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, and they are always adding new touches. It feels like a salon in a bigger city than Greensboro. The prices are very competitive with other quality salons, and the staff turnover rate seems very low. My only "complaint" would be that the staff often talk among themselves, and I sometimes felt invisible. I like for my stylist to talk to me while she/he is working on me.
