I was disappointed in them for not standing by their word.
I had my belly pierced and was told if I bought a piece of jewelry from them my first changing would be free. I bought a piece of jewelry from them the day I got pierced. When I went to have my first changing I was charge $5 for it because I didn't use their piece of jewelry! Not a fair way to do business, they need to clarify what they mean.
