I went on line and built a vehicle and took the printout to Reliable. They showed me a totally different vehicle that was $10,000 more than the one I built. I told them I wanted to keep my payment at the same or lower, their first offer was almost 3 times my payment. I also wanted a certain body style so I could swap some components. After 6 hours they gave up, they had arranged financing with still unacceptable terms. I went to their website and checked their inventory; it showed three pages of the vehicle body style I was looking for, I then called the internet salesman, Christ Garnache, told him what I had found and the maximum down I could come up with. He called back, said it was done deal and I should clean out my vehicle and bring it down. Since we have mods we have made, that is an involved task. When we got there, they showed us a different body style. When I asked they said they had none of the other styles in stock. I showed them their web page and and all they said was the stock number are all for the other style. Then they told me the down would be $4000 more than I had said I could come up with. I will be reporting this to the state consumer affairs for bait and switch and false advertising

After a very bad experiences with another dealer, I contacted Brad Francis Chevrolet in Los Lunas NM. The sales person, Josh, was very helpful, even after I told him I had decided not to buy. Then the sales manager, Ken Willis, called and asked what he could do to sell me a vehicle. I explained my recent problems and told him the terms I would buy a vehicle under and exactly what vehicle I was looking for. Two hours later, he called back and said he had a deal if I could come down. I told him I was a bit leery and it was a 45 mile trip. He assured me had a firm deal, so I drove down. Two hours later (most of which was spent waiting for the finance manager) I drove off in my new truck that was exactly what I wanted at the terms I wanted. On top of that, Ken was gracious enough to loan me my old truck back so we could have some after market items swapped over.
I would recommend him and Josh if you're looking for a vehicle.
