I must say I agree with Amy completely. Dr. Storrer and Kathy are very nice, they really take their time and explain things to me.
However, the office staff were not very polite while I was there. They lost my file repeatedly. When I phone in and ask for a referral, they didn't call me back until 2 weeks later. It was very frustrating! I do hope that they hire better office staff soon, otherwise, they might lose some of their patients.
