    Review of: Ultimate Staffing

I needed temp work when I was pregnant and moved from New Hampshire to California. I didn't want a full-time job but wanted the opportunity to earn a little bit of money. Less than a week after I took some basic office work tests the agency called with work and for three months they kept me working a few days a week. I took similar tests with another agency and while they seemed friendly and helpful when I was in the office - I got not one call for work. At Ultimate, the office staff was very friendly and were understanding when I couldn't take an assignment. One word of advice, if you don't pick up when they call they will find someone else to take the work.

Review of: Associates In Women's Health Care

I came to AWH about six months into my pregnancy, nervous about changing doctors. This place made it a breeze. I chose Dr. Lambourne and from day one he made me feel at ease. You can tell he is busy, but even with that, if you ask him a question he takes the time to explain it as though he has nowhere else to be. The office staff is very friendly and aside from sometimes having wait up to an hour for an appointment the experience has been great. When they are backlogged they let you know and it is usually because your doctor is delivering a baby - what can they do about that?

Is doesn't get much better than this for an after dinner treat! This sweet shop has a case full of hand-made chocolates, an ice cream selection, a row of gummy treats and pre-packaged goodies. It is the epitome of "something for everyone." So take a stroll into downtown Folsom and stop off at Snooks.

    Review of: Hop Sing Palace

Tucked into old town Folsom this restaurant is a gem. They have fresh food and a great staff that treats their guests like they are have come to thier home for the evening - not to mention the great prices. This is a great place for a weeknight treat or even a casual weekend diner that is both yummy and afordable. Try the honey walnut prawns and the pot stickers ( ask them to make the pot sticker sause for you)!

Review of: Jamie Belilah Expert European Skin Care

Jamie Belilah Expert European Skin Care is a small, even cramped, business located next to a barber shop and across from a gas station just outside the downtown area. However, despite the odd space and location, the care and service are excellent.

It is a one woman show with Jamie Belilah herself tending to every customer. Having received my share of facials I can say that the techniques used by her and the way my skin felt after leaving the place was beyond my expectations. She is down to earth, friendly and knows skin. This is one of those best kept secret businesses that you feel lucky to have found.
