Horrible experiences at Suburban Bridal
I have had nothing but problems with this business. First, they measured one of the bridesmaids wrong. Then they ordered the completely wrong STYLE of dresses, so all of the bridesmaids' measurements...
I have had nothing but problems with this business. First, they measured one of the bridesmaids wrong. Then they ordered the completely wrong STYLE of dresses, so all of the bridesmaids' measurements were completely off. They refused to re-order the correct style or even produce a partial refund--they offered to alter the dresses and that was all. They are VERY rude everytime I have had to deal with them. It is by far the WORST customer service that I have ever received anywhere, and I will be warning everyone about their poor business practices. Please, if you are planning your dream wedding do NOT use this bridal shop to buy your bridesmaids dresses or wedding gown. You will be disappointed!
