The meats are always fresh, excellent quality, and priced well. Chicken, pork, beef; they have it, they'll cut it, they'll grind it, whatever you need, however you want it.

My personal opinion; what sets Hanson's apart from other meat markets is not only the quality and the price, it's the people. I have yet to ever go into the store and not see Lee Hanson there. He and his meat cutters are knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. They are on a first name basis with many of their customers. Even during the holidays, when we're harried and hurried, they take the time and make the effort to make sure every customer gets exactly what they need. I've gone into the store and not known exactly how much I needed for a specific number of people and event. I told the guys what I was doing and they told me how many #'s I would need and given me a good price on the meat. I've even gotten baking instructions that were right on the money.
As I said, they are my personal favorite.
