This is a nice little park. It has a kiddie ride section, a "big" ride section, a waterpark, water slides, a go-kart track and a mini-golf course.
There are lots of trees and the park is kept clean.
There is also a small arcade, several food places, and picnic areas.
In the summer, there are often free concerts.
On July 4th, they have Summer Thunder, which is an excellent fireworks show.

However, in addition to the video games (like Pump it Up, skee-ball, lots of shooters and several driving games) it does have a go-kart track, 2 mini-golf courses, batting cages, and laser tag. So it is a pretty cool place overall.
Watch for their daily and holiday specials to get a package deal and save some money.
The tokens for games are 4/dollar, but if you buy a bunch at once, you can get a few for free. Most of the games take 2 or more tokens to play.

This site will let you customize a list of preferred AMC theatres. Then, you can easily check out the movies and show times for each one.
You can also use the site to track how many points you have earned with your AMC card and how far you are from earning the next prize.

I expected more from the Sharper Image, so I am disappointed in this little round clock-radio that is supposed to be used in the shower.
The suction cups do not work well at all. It fell off of my shower wall so many times that I was afraid that it would break. So I put it on my bathroom mirror. Where it also fell off. So I just set it on the counter near my sink.
The clock works well.
The radio is way too quiet, though. I can barely hear it over the sound of running water. So what is the point of it being waterproof? Add the hum of a bathroom fan and you can only hear the music if you press your ear against it!
I do not recommend this product at all.

Excellent Place to Find Movie & TV Things
Suncoast is a general video store. They have all of the popular DVDs/DVD sets and PSP movies, and will order other ones for you if you tell them a specific title.

Suncoast is a general video store. They have all of the popular DVDs/DVD sets and PSP movies, and will order other ones for you if you tell them a specific title.
There are figurines, t-shirts, and other fun movie & TV items like keychains and magnets around the store. There is a small section with items like headphones and DVD-Rs, but I have found that they are usually overpriced. There is also a rack of magazines in the front of the store and a section in the back dedicated to Japanese animation and Japanese snacks.
Suncoast has some of the best clearance sales, too. So make sure that you visit right after any big holiday.

This coffee shop is part of a larger chain. Although I am not a coffee drinker, I liked it. Besides coffee (most of which is grown in the USA) they also have cold drinks, tea, cookies, milk, etc. Their prices aren't great, but are comparable to other coffee shops.
The interior is decorated in a Hawaiian style, with lots of surfing pictures, and even a big ole (fake) palm tree and miniature beach in the dining area. There is a "bad ass" (donkey) in the front window, and lots of merchandise for sale throughout the store.
There is a table with magazines towards the front of the store, and free wi-fi is available.
The staff is also terrific. They are very friendly and helpful.

Great cakes ... From a grocery store!
We ordered our wedding cake from Martin Food Store's bakery. We couldn't have been happier with it.
The price was excellent, way less than most of the other places that we checked.

The price was excellent, way less than most of the other places that we checked.
The appearance was beautiful. You could tell that a real professional had decorated it. The decorations were very pretty and neatly done. The color (of the flowers) was perfect, and just we had described.
The taste was superb. The icing and cake were both tasty and held up well, even in the heat.
The cake was also delivered to our location on time and for no charge.
I highly recommend the Bakery at the Martin Food Store Bakery on 25th Avenue in the Wehnwood section of Altoona for wedding cakes.
