I don't think this is a regular offer nor a regular request...but it did endear the place to me. The place seemed busy, clean and is conveniently located.

I just had a great cup of onion soup on lake union in the sun. You can't beat Seattle when it's sunny and you can't beat palazzo's for its soup and coffee. I recommend this as a little known cafe...

Coffee crew makes the best chocolate chip muffins in Laurelhurst. They're simply awesome. Chocolate chips nicely melted, muffin top is perfectly crusted. My only complaint -- and I've shared this...

My only complaint -- and I've shared this with the owner is she doesn't make enough of them. I often will go in and be forced to accept the lemon muffin -- which is not a bad substitute ...but it's not the same.
So if you go -- tell her you read about her on Judys' Book and ask her to please make me some more muffins (especially if you are going to buy a muffin).

They have movie nights in the summer, jazz mondays, and all around great Karma. This can all be attributed to the intersection of founders great personality and the neighborhoods unique funk. Oh -- and the tea and munchies are great too.
