overpriced and noisy

We find the Spanish Kitchen to be over priced and way too noisy. They do make fantastic (but expensive) margaritas, though. The food is a bit too upscale for us. We like authentic food, but their food is expensive and not really that good. The waitresses are very nice. Parking is by valet and expensive. They don't take reservations so you have to wait if it's a weekend night. They have some outside tables out front -- which is nice.

Great Indian Food

Akbar has very authentic, affordably priced Indian food. We love their curries and their homemade breads. They will custom make your curry to be as mild or spicy as you like. The waiters are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Ample FREE parking.

If you like burritos, you have to try Burrito King. They have an incredible selection of burritos -- all of which are fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Service is great. Rice and beans are fresh. Parking is ample and FREE!

Ernie's has good, cheap, authentic Mexican tacos. They have all different kinds, so you can enjoy a combination. Their beans are good, too. The staff has been there forever and they are very friendly. Parking can be tough, though. Sometimes, we take extras home for later!

fun place to hang out

This is a fun place to hang out after a night out in Hollywood. The food is good, prices are reasonable and the service is great. We love to go for late-night snack or dessert and coffee. There is a fun crowd there -- it's fun to people watch. They have a parking lot, too!

great place for hard to find videos

Review of: Rocket Video

Rocket Video has all the videos you can't find at Blockbuster. They give you personal service, too. So, if you want anything, just ask. They almost always have it -- or know where you can get it. We have been renting from there for about 3 years. We are very happy with the prices and the service. Lots of metered street parking right in front, too.

Great place to relax with friends. We go and have a snack and coffee and just sit and enjoy the ambiance. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. Waiters are very friendly. Lots of free street parking right in front.

First Class Mexican Restaurant

Sonora Cafe is a first class mexican restaurant. They have their own valet parking lot. Also, they have a bar inside. Great margaritas! Private areas for large, private parties, too. Food is expensive, but well worth it. The waiters are very professional. Great place to go without the kids!

Great place for the family to enjoy barbeque

Phillips Barbeque is a great place to take the family for barbeque. Our kids love their meats and their baked beans, too. We like to order extra and eat it at home for the next few days. Staff is very friendly. Parking is free!

Best barbeque meat in Los Angeles

Barbeque King has the best barbeque meats in L.A. We like to get the mixed grill -- ribs, sliced meat, hot dogs, etc. and take it home when we have company. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Their baked beans and potatoe salad are great, too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
