I can't speak for the sales, but am certainly not impressed with their repair service. I recently moved to the area and brought my saab there to get a clutch cable fixed. They told me another part (the gear shift linkage) was broken so they would fix that too. However, I know that it wasn't broken when I had my car towed there or else I wouldn't have been able to remove my key.
They charged an arm and a leg to fix a problem that they caused and despite the fact that the service person agreed that the linkage likely wasn't broken when I brought my car in, they were only willing to knock a little bit off the price. I definitely felt "hassled."

Definitely by far the best running store I've been to. Friendly and knowledgable staff that is truly focused on getting you in the right shoe. They not only let you "road test" the shoes by running outside, but they also will take them back if you aren't satisfied. I brought my mother there and she decided after running in her shoes for 2 days that they were too narrow, so they gave her a full refund - no hassles.
