It showed, I pointed it out to him, and he tried to smooth it over with a paint brush, for heaven's sake, and now there were brush streaks. Passable, but a big boo boo on his part. If he tells you he's experienced, don't believe him. I learned my lesson: They're out to get your money. You've got to ask for a plan and finished product quality. If they don't want to go into more detail, don't feel sorry for them. I gave him a postdated check, and he cashed it ahead of time. Guess what I got in return: a $22 dollar overdraft bill. When I called him on it, all he gave me was a nervous laugh. Ask him about me, Rick, and the work he did for me on the upstairs flat at Fair Oaks.
