Review content:
I called in and asked where they were located because my gps had led me to the wrong place (where they were previously). When I called she sounded as if I had bothered her. When I told her where I was she said head north were on the corner of preston and lloyd then I asked if they were on the right or let hand side and she raised her voice and said LEFT. I then said just to be sure I head north correct and she sighed heavily and then once more raised her voice in frustration JUST GO NORTH AND WE ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE and hung up on me, with out even a goodbye! Not a way to treat a potential customer who is lost and trying to make her way there after driving 30 minutes. I am in customer service and I understand you can be busy but if she was she should have said she was quite busy and asked if I could hold or pass me to some one else. I will say I have never been and will never go and will definately not suggest this store to anyone if anything I will make sure to let them know of the horrible customer service they have!
