Review content:
Ascherman is a local photographer with an excellent command of his work.
He has an intuitive understanding of how to take a remarkable picture, and this (along with decades of experience) makes for really fine photographs.
What Ascherman sees in the world he can project onto film and paper with great accuracy. I've seen him take the most mundane of assignments and deliver emotionally charged pictures.
What comes out of his camera is captivating. This is definitely a photographer worth looking into.
