I've spent a long time buying my games from this store. Dan (a long time manager of the place) was always very knowledgeable and helpful; however, this store is apparently under new management. The short, arrogant, gun bearing redneck behind the counter has ruined this game store for me. The 50% off voucher available at my jax deals is NOT being honored on the release dates of new games. After being told the game is available for my format I presented the voucher. The guy then said we're not accepting the voucher for this game as they are ALL spoken for. We will accept it tomorrow if we still have any left. Nowhere on the voucher is there a restriction re: new releases. The voucher for 50% off is a great deal as long as you aren't trying to purchase a title on it's release date.
