City Paper is THE place to get all the information you need about the city. The Best of Baltimore issue is a must have every year--it identifies the single greatest things in the city. The irreverent tone makes for a fun read, and it's chock full of important information for all the various happenings around town (movie times, festival dates and places, etc.). And the best part, it's FREE.
