One word: Value
For $500 I have a two bedroom apartment facing the courtyard which is filled with trees and flowers. The apartment its self has a dishwasher!!!! It also come with a lot including many utilities. The size of the apartments are good. I believe most are around 800sq feet for a two bedroom. I could have gone with one of their townhouses but I preferred the value over the huge amount of space.
The on-site management is pretty good as well as the maintenance staff. I love coming over to the office in the morning and getting free coffee. Anyways I have no real complaints at all. This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood.
